Pelicans Hold Off Suns For 113-105 Victory

PHOENIX, Ariz. - CJ McCollum scored 31 points, Zion Williamson added 29, and the New Orleans Pelicans held off the Phoenix Suns 113-105 on Sunday.
Pelicans Start Fast, Hold Off Suns Rally
The Pelicans jumped out to an early lead and led by 15 points at halftime. The Suns rallied in the third quarter, but New Orleans held on for the win.
Brandon Ingram also had a strong game for the Pelicans, finishing with 18 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists.
Suns Fall Short Despite Booker's Return
The Suns were led by Devin Booker, who scored 27 points in his return from a hamstring injury. Deandre Ayton added 20 points and 10 rebounds.
The Suns have now lost two straight games and are 7-10 since the All-Star break.

The Pelicans will host the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday. The Suns will host the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
